Here at Longs Black Belt Schools, a martial arts organisation with over 700 Active members located in and around York, we feel we are the perfect martial arts school for you and your full family. We are dedicated to help you get in the best shape of your life…!
We offer classes for students from as young as 3 years old and our mission is to teach you and your family self defence skills which incorporates strong life skills and values. These include improved confidence, respect and discipline. All our junior classes are taught in a positive nurturing environment and we use the term 'BLACK BELT' as metaphor for personal excellence. We insist that our junior members become 'BLACK BELTS' at home, at school and here at Longs Black Belt Schools.
Our Adult classes are high energy, action packed classes that will get you in the best shape possible without the need of boring gym routines. From complete beginner to already established martial artists, we feel that with our team of fully trained martial arts instructors, Longs Black Belt School would be the perfect place for you to train!
